GIFs come from giphy and tenor on phone just copy and paste from both. On computer giphy is copy and paste. Tenor works better drag and drop on pc

Yeah phone is better for gifs sometimes but when I'm chilling around the house I only use phone for pictures rest I do from a computer. It's way better with dual monitors
