I made the mistake of shooting a blackbird once. My father made me cook and eat it. It was not good.

I block him but I caught the drift of the story. If he lived here I would turn him in.

How long has it been since you had a Patty Melt? I cannot even remember. It was so flipping good, I may do it again soon. I got heart burn from the onions, easily fixed with a Tums.

My grandfather did essentially the same thing he got me a pellet gun when I was 10 and I ended up shooting birds so he made me pluck em and gut them and he’d cook it for me to eat, I learned very quickly that crows taste like shit and that quails are tasty eventually all I did was hunt for the quails he’d give me a ice box and a handful of pellets and told me to come back when I got 6 birds, he also had multiple acres to wander around and look for birds. He was very very old school and believed if the animals are in his yard they are free game to hunt
