Good Afternoon fellow Stoners!

Newbie to the website/forum. Just wanted to say whatsup! Ask a few questions as this seems like a tight knit group and I don't want to come in rocking the boat.

If any of this is in the wrong spot please direct me to the right spot. Struggling to navigate all the information here.

A little about myself:
Found this place after seeing some of 420 auto flower method posts on reddit. Wanted to learn more about the method and this is where I wound up.

Relatively new grower to cannabis (A few more years of outdoor gardening experience). Only ever ran indoor and working to finish up my 4th harvest next month (been averaging about 2 runs a year because of life). Started with autopots from the beginning, which I will say is like a cheat code. Bought some upgrades on black Friday and looking to improve my knowledge and skills before I start the next grow.

Questions:
Is it just best to start a grow journal thread?

Where do I post questions? General questions about base water or different nutrient brands/specific feed charts. (Better yet does the search function work well for this stuff?)

Any general guide lines I should be aware of?

Also really impressed by some of these grows! Just tired of the reddit BS looking for real knowledge from real growers.

Reddit has a lot of commercial growers, which is both helpful, and worthless to home growers.

I do also wonder how many of those ultra iced up grows are done with PGR's etc just to get an amazing shot to sell genetics.

Myself and most here grow for our own purposes, recreational, medical, or whatever undiagnosed balance exists, and to help a friend or two in need.

Other than a few members clearly identified we aren't selling anything.

Advice here, right or wrong comes from intent to help, not intent to profit.

Welcome…., and please, rock the boat as you see fit, as long as it’s in a cool way

Absolutely start a journal.. there are benefits to having the log, as well as you’ll be eligible to join the cultivators club after one completed journal, with a review. Then you’ll be eligible to take part in testing, etc..(free stuff).

Also, after 100 site posts you’ll be eligible to participate in our raffles..(free beans)….

This is a good spot to ask quick questions….or you can start threads in the appropriate spots ( you said you use Reddit, so I assume you can figure this place out) for a more in depth discussion.

Welcome aboard. There’s plenty of solid growers in this thread that are helpful so just ask questions. One warning though, watch out because they will try to peer pressure you into super cropping. Stay strong, don’t relent and all will be fine.

Yes start a journal so you can work your way way into the cultivators club. A journal of a complete grow and with a review at the end gets you in. Doesn’t matter if it’s a oz or a pound just complete.
