I doubt it I don't think it's legal to ship clones but I have no clue I've only seen seeds on site. I cloned these my self from these mothers

Not sure about clones but u can usually mail unrooted cuttings and the recipient can root them upon arrival! They just ziploc bag them and use a spray bottle and mist a few blasts of water into the bag for them to drink in transit!

May be legal in some states if u mail it within that same state but until its actually reclassified federally it says going across state lines puts the carriers under federal jurisdiction so can’t mail cuttings! Says u can mail hemp ones but no idea how they could prove otherwise if its an unrooted cutting of a plant t in veg!

My states still in the stone age! The state legislature wrote a law to totally wipe out the hemp industry here but the governor vetoed it pretty sure! Need to go to governor an lt gov’s house and throw a ton of seeds into the flowerbeds and see if they sprout! Then report their asses!
