I don't know where I saw them on Christmas day but I started craving BBQ pork ribs. I got up early Friday and went to the WinCo to buy some St. Louis style ribs, the store had been closed for Christmas and all of the pork in the case was frozen solid. I very seldom buy meat at Walmart but I went there next sold out of ribs, Then I went to Vallarta a Mexican market, they don't sell St. Louis or Baby-back ribs WTF? They did have many slabs of spare ribs. I bought one. I sous vide them at 165°F for six hours then finished them of on a very hot grill and Kraft's Original BBQ sauce. They were delicious and yes worth all of the effort.
