.... Given the direction the prices keep heading pretty soon you'll need to refinance your home to get a beef roast.

I follow a chef on YouTube called Chef John. Entertaining fella. Anyway he was demonstrating how to best cook a whole beef tenderloin, and in an apparent effort to instill confidence in his viewers said something to the effect of "Don't worry. If you mess up, you can always remember how much you had to pay for it."
