What's the most important thing to you on a buffet? What do you look for? I always look at the salads. If they look fresh the food usually seems to be taken care of. No kids has had their snotty fingers in the potato salad or some shit.

We need a breakfast buffet place around here! I miss Shoney’s breakfast buffet but its all up north!

I have 3 healthy seedlings and I woukd like 4 plants if possible. That said I dont want to waste resources.

It costs very little to grow that foe a couple of weeks. I have had them go both ways fail or go on to be a normal plant with a bulge at the base.

Happy staff make tastier food. Or perhaps staff are happy to serve tasty food....

I look at the rings or crusts on the steam pans. It says a lot about how they run the place.

Plenty of clean service ware. No-one has to take a spoon or tong from one thing and leave it in another. Yuck.
