Mine smokes too...I know it will not be as good as a 16 hour slow smoke...but for small quantities it is absolutely perfect..
Have you done chicken in it yet? I bet some smoked thighs would be really good, since they’re a hot and fast cook, rather than low and slow….. :pass:

I never had smoked chicken from what I can remember. Sounds good. I ate too many dry ass chicken breasts when I was young and had big muscle ambitions so I never got back to eating it again. Had some thighs with skin on a week ago and it was actually really good. So happy fat is healthy again.

I think @Mossy has something similar….
It seems to be well designed and quite hefty. Best of all, I think it's going to be pretty easy to clean up too.

Now if my allergies would just calm down a bit, I might be able to utilize it. Talk about kicking butt! :face: :gassy:

Not a freaking clue as to why my allergies are raging like crazy this morning!

Good to hear! It's just me for the most part, so this should suffice quite nicely!

What allergies you got? I had nothing for 45 years and after that I got everything. After the covid vaccination I have been diagnosed with auto-immune disease. I'm good though as long as I eat right.
