Definitely going to say goodbye to the oranges I will try one more experiment I’m going to blend some oranges and mandarin and reduce it until it’s like a semi watery jelly and try that
If the taste is good then don’t change much… try not opening the door until the end (opening it to much lowers oven temp, and could make them collapse)…. Also, make sure your leavening agent is fresh.
You would shoot that thing if you saw it walking around your neighborhood at night
