Job done

I weighed before start a few minutes ago, there it had already sweated out 2 more grams of water compared to a few hours earlier... so it read 121g.

After cutting the branches out the remaining weight is 98 grams. My estimate: in the end somewhere between 85 and 90g?

Yeah I kinda thought that that's why I never tried a pair always had me interested cause I figure if they are good enough for the military they gotta be pretty tough. I'll just stick with the work boots I gotta have steel or composite toe
I once welded in my crocs, just forgot to change them for a small job. Didn't work so well when a glob of you know what bullseyed one of the vent holes. Dumb thing to forget, not likely to happen again. Still have the scar.

Really? We have someone here who wants to cheat? A cultivator cheater??? Boo hiss. :nono:

He was saying either way as in reporting it it's not right either way I just wasn't sure if I should hit the report button or just tell frank in here

It should be fine, the original problem seems to be a poorly installed connector that caused resistance and intermittent poor contact. As long as your new connection is secure with good electrical contact, it should work better than it did new. Nice catch in any case, replacement would have been expensive, and waste of a light like that over a trivial electrical fault would be beyond sad. Good for you for checking it carefully and coming up with the fix. :worship:

Yeah it will do for now once funds are better I'll buy a new one then this will become the backup again :headbang::pass:

Yeah, I got that, I was just surprised that one of the cultivators would cheat. I mean really? Vendors support us by providing seeds for raffles, and someone with special access to testing and other benefits needs to cheat?? Bad attitude. AFAIC, being caught caught deliberately doing shit like that should mean being kicked out of cultivators. FFS we have so many seeds available for raffles, pretty much every cultivator would end up winning at some point.

If indeed someone deliberately entered twice, color me disgusted. OTOH, perhaps some sort of innocent mistake?

At this magnification, both focus and camera movement are huge issues. If you want better results, solid support of the camera will help, especially if manual focusing is done while the camera is rigidly held in position. Doing this stuff hand held is really inconsistent and difficult. OTOH, some of those magnifiers are junk. But don't give up on it until you figure out how to support it. Good luck with it. :pighug:
