Good Morning folks........off to the city for physio. It has been going pretty good so hopefully they will let me carry on on my own after this. Once you can get your leg straight (0 degrees), and bend it past 90 degrees, they set you free. Fingers crossed and sharing one........

I wish. Crappy and rainy today and a bit slow in the office today. Would have been better to just sleep in.
