1 tablespoon of Heinz tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of the red pepper paste you get in Spain..(for depth of colour)
1 teaspoon of honey..
1 teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice.
Dry the ribs off by grilling a bit...then add sauce...1minute each side to dry it in a bit...then sprinkle with chilli..or flakes and fresh sea salt.
If you like more smokey..add black treacle (molasses) instead of honey...
