Then this romantic little story happened. Hold on.

I ran into a stripper from Finland and moved in with her and her two dogs in this tiny apartment and I had an address and could get a paycheck so I started working again and we broke up on good terms about a year after.

Crazy how life works out isn't it.

so anyway, the site was down yesterday, so u missed silleesundaystickdawg....

Gluten free chocolate cake is one of the few products that are as good or better than normal... ...using almond flour.

I split the mix in two..cook it... cool it..then freeze it to get it out of the baking trays whole...

Then a bottle of sour cherries..made into jelly..jello from the juice..

Once the jelly is cool...freeze that too...and sandwich it between the two pieces of chocolate cake...

Then when you defrost the cake...with careful defrost timing..the sponge defrosts but the jelly and the cherries are still semi frozen as you munch through it......




Gawd...I so want chocolate......

I was homeless for 8 months in Sweden. It sucked. I got out of it though, but yeah, it stays with me a little. More than 25 years later.

I made quite good money on the streets but living on the streets is so expensive it left me at zero no matter how I tried West coast Sweden gets cold too.
