I use the coconut oil that is in a solid form similar to crisco! Makes getting a spoonful easier and for baking u just put the jar in a measuring cup with hot water and it melts in about 30min! Has a better taste to it too! And this stuff was like 260 something mg per tablespoon and the mix used 1/2 cup of oil!Jesus Dude! Pinky would tell you how powerful the oil I sent him, but I made a MUCH more potent oil after I sent him some.

Tcheck only measures up to 15mg per ml and above that u gotta dilute the infused stuff with non infused 2:1 plain to infused and then if it reads u can multiply that strength by 3! If not u dilute again! If u have to double dilute its potent af!

Coconut oil is awesome. Getting the extra Virgin stuff there really makes a world of difference in taste and overall feel of the end product.
