Nice, bro!Had an awesome physio appointment. I have exceeded expectations and can ditch the cane. Have to start doing the stairs normally instead of half steps. Still have to go back one more time in 3 weeks before she signs off. She is kind of cute ...........so I guess it's not all bad.
..the most dangerous place to be when there is something like COVID..or the winter plague is the doctors waiting room....
...seating arrangements and queuing times mean you come out with more than you went in with...
..so hubby being hubby he saved all his repeat prescriptions until his birthday..went to the docs to get them all....

..me that's slow this morning.....early shower...must remember to close the bathroom window before shower..or freeze...
..hubbys just told me..it is a Red Day today....holiday..all the shops are shut......so me compo will have to wait until tomorrow.
