Live Stoner Chat
Had a cat that lived in the same small neighborhood I did. He had an owner, but was very much an outdoor cat. He was an absolute master at arranging for meals from neighbors.

Thing was, he was so fascinatingly adorable that while everyone knew, we all enjoyed it when the cat stopped by for a visit now and again.

In my case, he would jump onto a ledge outside my bedroom window and just wait until I woke up. Then he would start punching the window to make sure I knew it was my turn to feed him until I looked at him. Then he would meet me at the front door.

Not gonna lie, it impressed me.

This thing comes over and howls like crazy for some pettings or some food! ;)

The first time you respond, they will expect the same response every time. I am not by any means saying that is a bad thing, more that it is just a fascinating way to socialize with humans.

To me, most of the time the cat that lives outdoors will only hunt prey that has the misfortune of getting it's attention. From an engineer's perspective, that is horribly inefficient. This approach is much more effective.

Anyway, good evening my friend!

This part-Siamese cat has been my companion since I took her out of a Texas animal shelter about 15 years ago.
