It's more cross contamination around here for street weed. When it comes to dispo's, I'm more worried about mold and pesticides.

Mold is the real killer with dispo weed. When I worked at Arkannabis Farms, we had a WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICKED powdery mildew problem in flower. The exhaust fans in the flower rooms didn't work properly, and so it would just fucking BAKE in there dude, like 115 degrees F every day, all day with the lights on and light dep tarp open lol. We would bring in pruners for a day from staffing services, and half of them would get in their cars and leave at lunch because they couldn't handle the heat. And then it's humid.

I have pics of some of it, it's.... disturbing.

But point of the story, is that the grow turned the majority of the flower into pre-rolls, which meant they ground and packed them at the grow itself for sale. The reasoning was that "if the consumer can't see the mold, they won't complain."

At the very first grow I worked for, Sanders LLC, he had me stick buds in a microwave for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, etc seconds, to find out where the bud would smolder, smoke, catch fire, etc, or where it wouldn't affect the appearance, for the weed he would send off for pathogen testing.
