Personally I think fresh frozen tastes a million times better. Just buck it down to golfball sized buds and tear off all the fan leaves. Throw the buds in freezer bags in the coldest freezer you got. Then you can make the hash whenever you want. And don't have to do it all at onceI googled "micro planing" and got results for a dermatology procedure and cheese graters. I guess you use the cheese grater type of micro-planer to grind up the frozen hash to make it dry faster and more evenly?
