I had 30 minutes lying in the sun... with me onesie legs rolled up... :biggrin: ...sucking it up with every sq inch of exposed skin...

I stuck the thermometer on the patio table...40C by 3pm...but it's clouding over now..
 
This is my favorite smash burger technique…

I will definitely be trying that one. I normally make my onions separately, but that looks really tasty. One detail that I will need to watch is that I typically use a pretty hot frying pan, so I may need to turn the temp down to avoid burning the onions. Damn fine thing to try anyway. I tried to send you some points, but gotta spread the love. :pighug:

If the snoring decibels are related to size, Dude's racket must be pretty impressive. Our 25lb furball is a spectacular snorer. Sizing her performance to Duder size would be scary. :crying:

Watch this one….


You want a pan/gridle that’s just under the smoke point of the oil, keep the onions tucked and they’ll be fine. You need the heat to create the steam…
