Doc told me my ACL problems and it locking up every now and then is because of my hip and I should try and do squats, not with any heavy barbell or anything, just body weight or a good weight for me, with my toes and knees pointed more forwards. Knees passing the toes just a little. So I stretch my calves and do that a couple of times every week and this last year almost my knee has held up.

This Doc guy is not a doctor but a drug dealer honestly but hey, it has worked for me.

You need a really good physical therapist.
I WAS getting really good progress with my physical therapy.......................... until the VA and the Community Care idiots they hired. chose to go stupid with each other, blaming each other for problems, but no one FIXING the fucking problem.

With all the skeletal muscular damage with nerve damage, proper alignment and flexibility was paramount.

The VA gets another call at 8AM tomorrow. The wait today would be ridiculous!

I think I gave him one of the smaller vials of Crazy Asian, but I think he's probably got 10 times as much Asian Haze. I gave him one of the large vials of Asian Haze.

Anyway I got a new grow on recently, trying out the new 5' shelf with 2x 3-gallon Autoseeds Bruce Banner Autos, and 10x 1-gallon Healing Path Orange Assault x Peanut Butter Breath (fast photo F1 regulars), all in coco/perlite. I'm liking the square 1-gallon pots. The shelf drains into a bucket (through the black hose) so I can eyeball how much runoff I'm getting, or into a Little Giant condensate pump for automatic removal to the laundry sink. I just noticed that since they're mostly transplanted now I need to set all the lights to the same height. Doh...View attachment 1764117

"Serious" means coco was for extra clones or seedlings that didn't have a space in my hydroponic system. I put them in coco to the side and mostly neglected them...

This time its coco only and I intend to give them full attention.

As before, Mara, I'm jealous of how much space you have to grow and work.......but I'm grateful for what I have.
