I did a run fasted @Mossy and I feel more and more like I should do as much as possible fasted. Everyone told me to not do anything on an empty stomach when I was a kid right so it stuck. This is the way to do physical stuff, for me, 100% Tell your hubby to try it. Thank me later.

Just got home after taking my sister to Emergency.

Last time I was there our Mom was admitted, and didn't leave. I couldn't bear another loss so soon.

Thankfully they released her! We are back at my place and plotting Halloween mischief fir tomorrow

Fuck me beautiful, it´s like the frikken AI is turning bad on me, put a spell on me or something, doesn´t matter what i ask it to do- i get fluff back and nothing solid that keeps the standard´s above the rest.​

I'm the same as you..I spent 14 years having a cup of tea in the morning..then a couple of hours work..then breakfast.

Gets to be habit.....me belly gets up 2 hours after me body......
