I use gravity to a bucket outdoors and then feed the run-off to my yard...

My runoff goes in a bucket too. I use an occasional bucket of runoff on my veggie garden, but it's in soil so can't use much. My outdoor patio grow this summer drained onto a roof that fills one of the rain barrels for the community garden next door. Last time I checked, the rainwater in that barrel was juiced up to 100 ppm (runoff from the other roof was 12 ppm I think). My beds in the community garden were very vigorous. For the winter I was thinking about trying my runoff for some kind of hydroponic vegetables. But so many things to do.

Added carbs when I mixed the res Sunday. First thing this morning I fed the girls. I hurry because this task hurts a lot.

Again tonight, but did it before I noticed the foul smell and many big sheets of slime in the res.

I've got to flush with hocl in the morning and get it before disease sets in.
