Northern Lights seen across UK as space storm treats Brits to stunning display

Sky-watchers were treated to a stunning Northern Lights display over the UK last night after a Coronal Mass Ejection space storm helped lights up the night sky across the country

One of the things that makes me homesick is seeing Whitley Bay lighthouse with the Northern lights on it...sigh.....that is my lighthouse...and I want to be there to see it.

To tip is...if you don't see them...photo the sky.......coz the camera pick up what the naked eye misses....

Hubby got me 2 x bags of seedling compo the other day... emptied and cleaned one pot..went to fill it up..and both bags had that white mold in..and a ginger mold I could see going airborne...so we just sealed them back up......fast..

It's an anomaly..first I've had off them...coz there turnover is really fast so it's always fresh...but I'm thinking end of the season..high humidity and rain...and I suppose no-one is using seedling compo at this time of year........ except me...

Ha...8.15 am my time and I got the oops message again...that is happening at the same time every morning...
