I don't know if I believe that you can't trust everything AI tells you I found it to be wrong a few times and had to correct it. It says in the article that JP posted that seeds from sativa mothers are excluded but then says they become a controlled substance
"This amendment excludes viable seeds from any Cannabis sativa L. mother plant that exceeds 0.3% total THC (A9-THC + THCA, measured on a dry-weight basis in the plant itself) from the federal "hemp" definition. Effective November 13, 2026, such seeds become Schedule I controlled substances"
under 21 U.S.C. §812.
