I've been working on the bathroom renovation, so the wife got inspired to cook. Tonight was butternut chicken soup with a dollop of sour cream, avocado, cukes and home-grown tomatoes, and baked potatoes with sour cream.

Gawd....I got nearly 6 hours sleep last night...which is really good for me....but I kept waking myself up all night coughing.

I got up.. switched the gas fire off incase it was that... ..then got up this morning full of snot.....you better bleach the coffee cups.

I got up more tired than when I went to bed...

You see this too... .. what do I always say...?...I go down like a clown when my night temps go below 10C ...and here we are.

Personal opinion..after years of homework... Scientists have never cured the common cold.. because it is not a bug or infection.....it is just a collection of symptoms that say your Conditions/climate is going down..and so are you unless you correct things...
