Maybe eat better, but that's about it I probably walk the dogs for an hour a day longer then I did before and that's my gym time. Turns out my dogs make excellent wingmen, so they get extra walks Smoking still seems pretty common in PA compared to NJ. There's even a bar a block away you can still smoke inside

Something i noticed since swapping to vapes is i now realize how bad cigarette smokers smell! I can smell a smoker from 50 paces these days! Smell like a walking ashtray!

Those little shrooms were already gone this morning. I guess they have a short reproductive phase 'cause I hadn't applied the hocl yet.

I wonder...there's an aggressive fungi in the neighborhood, growing through cracks or joints in concrete and asphalt. Anyways I doubt it will be back.

Microbes added for plant health can bloom into mushrooms with the right conditions!

I quit smoking because it was that or die. There are days where I think about it, but I cannot see myself doing it again. Mind you, this was after 40 years of smoking like a British factory.
