I got tired of waiting for my scallops from Maine to arrive, originally scheduled by 4:15 then reset to 9pm. I made some quick and dirty turkey and cheese burritos. The scallops and 2 nice Maine tails finally arrived. I cooked 4 scallops up and will have the rest for breakfast tomorrow The lobster is for Saturday night or Sunday.

This is what scallops are all about! Succulent sweet, tender soft texture with a hint of the sea in the back taste worth the splurge.

A mans gotta eat.

Galaxy Brain I finished around last February. Tasty. Lemon/lime/haze taste to it
