Sweet as, our shortest day here is ~9hrs 30 mins, winter solstice, not sure on full sun. I guess that depends on planting location.
This would be end of autumn/start of winter for you?

The raised beds are a great design I like them alot, I've got a raised Hügelkultur bed I'd like to try some in soon
