Oh I remember…
It’s also rather obvious to me that she’s flat broke and looking for a savior (this is after quitting a good job, maxing out two credit cards and moving to an expensive part of Florida with zero plans other than to stay with a relative for a few months…)
That reminds me of the last Ghetto Mentality broad I had dealings with. I gave her the opportunity to better herself, but she wanted someone to do it for her. Homie don't play that!
I really didn't mind the money I spent to help her. I was just trying to help another human being. What bothered me about the whole ordeal was a little dog. She wanted a companion for her alone times , So I took her to a shelter and I found this little dog.
Well, that little dog found me . He was Heinz 57 but he had quite a bit of Mini Pin. He was totally focused on getting my attention ! when he came over to me, it was like we had been together all his little young life . I told him to sit and he snapped to it !
So she picked the dog and I was happy with the choice with a dog that liked me. Any time they were out of her room, When I entered the room, he would always run over to me.
She finally found an out that she thought would work for her. It was really questionable, but it was her choice. I tried to persuade her to leave the dog with me to help ease the burden, with only herself that she needs to concentrate on .
Well, the arrangement didn't really work out well and she found herself living in a woman's homeless shelter. They did work with her keeping the dog, but she eventually gave him away.
Maybe some of the 'ghettoness' had worn off thru the ordeal. At least she admitted that it probably would have been best if she had left him with me. Since I was still pissed when she told me about giving away the dog, "Maybe if you weren't so damn selfish and self-centered, you'd take other's well being in to account when you make your choices!"

She might have changed a little bit, but she's still hardcore ghetto. Somehow, over the 'internets', She managed to meet a handicapped Welsh guy, moved to Wales, married him and now lives with him and his parents on their little farm.
