It’s pretty damn good! I was trying to do a classic, non bbq recipe…. But cooked in a bbq oven. I would say it’s a success. Crackling got too dark…but it’s super good. Like smoked pork rinds…

Last months food in trimjail:
classic german chicken soup, grandma style , all fresh and from own garden (well not the chicken, that's from a friend who has chicken and eggs from own production).

Yup it’s a SS bin dumper for dumping bin of fruit I always assumed for apples but I guess they get shipped all over the country that is the frame of it. I’ve posted them here before completed. We’ve been selling more and more that it seems like all I do is them get about a month off then another order comes in for two more. We sold 24 of them last year it takes a week or more to finish two of them
