Hey, good morning @Mossy . Still frosty cold and windy around your plants? I need a coffee soon.and a zushi breakfast. How about you?

S'nasty @Nightqueen .. :headbang: .. better the girls outdoor than me...... I'm onto the second pot of coffee..

I was just hoping to turn over and get another hour..then we got lightning and Gus started barking at it....so I gave up and lit the coffee pot.

I wouldn't care..but about 8 lightning flashes and that was it...:pass:..I could have turned over...:coffee:

Anyone know Levis labels...?......sorting out the wardrobe the other day...and I've always hung onto this pair of jeans simply because they are Levis.

Hubby only wore Levis 501's at one time..the older the better.....I saw these on a Spanish second hand stall about 20 years ago and knew by feel they were Levis and grabbed them for 6 euros...But...I didn't realise the button fly was women's.

I checked the inside label..read Poland and went...hmmmm fake.. everybody knows Levis are American..but a quick read up says yes..there was a big Levis production in Poland..

Everything I can look up says genuine...cept the top label looks slightly off centre to my eye..and the links say that the Levis label will always be 100% perfect...:pass:..any thoughts...?...

See.. it's not my eye...look at where the Q on quality clothing is in relation to the stitches on the left...

My Q is touching it... :coffee: ...but everything else is right......

I'm wearing them anyway...just if they are vintage/posh......I might tuck me shirt tail in ...so people can see it.....:crying:

:crying: :crying::crying:

People's expectations are so high for a magic Christmas dinner..and the restaurants Triple the menu prices..so you expect one...

Screenshot_20251228-112938.png

But even I would expect better than that for 37 euros..about the same in dollars....:headbang:...

We did Christmas dinner out...1 year..... haven't done it since....... hubbys friend had opened a new bar/restaurant..and we were invited.

From the start the place was crammed..so you couldn't really move around..like you would normally when you were sick of sitting...

From start to finish the meal took 3 hours to serve..I think there were 6 courses...so not remarkably slow...but there were parents with small children who were absolutely bouncing off the walls by the time it was all over...and you can't blame the kids...they couldn't run around either...they were bored rigid...:bored:..

And.. couldn't complain about the meal... everything was nice...But...not as nice as a ham sani in your onesie... without a shower...if you can't be arsed....:crying:...

Leaving the bank, cookie or lollypop?

The clear jello shot looks good too, but I gave up alcohol.

Morning @Drownomatic :bighug:..what caught my eye is the doggie treats..big up on them...:headbang:..

I find it odd that the businesses over here give the customers treats at Christmas... they don't in the UK.

I've had cologne and bubble bath from two visits to the chemist.. Christmas traditional sweets on the checkouts at the supermarket..and the Vet always does a treat bag for every animal on her list.
