I know Zenfro Devs have been on site..and it is getting worse since they were on site..but I have no current update..

There’s gotta be a better way. This is a visual site.
I am going to ask them to run a file image optimizer on anything that pre-dates 2023. That won't delete the files, instead it will reduce their file size (possibly resolution) to make them more manageable.
We have with no exaggeration, one of the largest database hosted with the developer of this software. We don't have a big media site, we have an absolutely fucking huge behemoth of a bitch of a media site. This is one of the issues of not pruning content, is that we have years and years of shit that nobody looks at it, nobody browses, but it takes up a lot of space.
I think we could definitely trim some fat off this hog. I don't believe we are resource intensive in terms of the additional software we are using or running.
I have a new thread started to record the site lag and oops errors; the issue is the developers TWICE NOW have told me they cannot recreate the error. So either you're all liars (haha) or we need to work on providing better information for them to be able to trouble shoot this.
I know it's annoying. I'm annoyed. Trust me.
Just a casual observation here…..
…..remember back in the day, when people used to scour threads to learn new shit? You’d log on to a hundred or more likes, from someone reading your entire thread? That doesn’t seem to happen now. People follow along in relatively real time…and that’s about it….a few exceptions, of course.
