Happy New Year @420Forever ..hug for Gracie and Missy.......

We broke Tradition...hubby stayed in.......alcohol free.......I can probably count on one hand the times he's done that.

(I did volunteer to drive him to the pub and back)

The fireworks started 7pm... totally unexpected....I thought it might be a kiddies party..but they went on until after 9pm...

By that time Gus was really disturbed..hubby went to bed and Gus went with him.

I fell asleep..then BOOM..12 o'clock incenduary bomb.......I don't know what they put into the boom..but the windows rattle..then the fireworks started proper...

Survived another year huh...?... something to celebrate..

That's a Blessing..they judge the state of the economy here by how big the fireworks displays are... ... every high day and holiday..and Christenings..
They judge how wealthy you are by how big the bang is at a christening... through the day...so no fancy lights...just BOOM..

Wouldn't bother me a bit..just the effect it has on Gus..

I rolled a tobacco and hash joint just now, and man is it strong shit.... but.... I dunno if I can take smoking tobacco straight without a filter for too long... my lungs will be fucked!

Yeah @Teetee ..just dry and bottle some of your medium/small leaf trim and crumble in instead of tobacco.

Hubby tried herbal tobacco..but it is like smoking pot pouri..would kill the terps in a joint...so I just used to keep leaf trim for him...

Retired a full year now.

You know..you made me stop and think...hubby has been retired 28 years now..from a high stress job where most people died pre retirement or soon after he said his ambition was to be retired long enough to bankrupt the pension fund.... .. working on it.....

I posted twice cos few people visit my threadand I thought more folk would see it here on chat.
I'm gonna take a few lower buds off, fast dry in paper bags and roll some hash in that, or use it with hash in the Mighty.

Well.. it's a bit weak and watery...but it is Trying... ..no wind...so pretty mild..for January...

9hrs 33 minutes Natural sunlight.... ...and considering what they have been through..I'm Proud of them...

Raising your own crosses is better than raising children...coz if they do anything you don't like......
