Well , I'm going to throw a spanner in the works . No health food here , and why -- The old flower has gone out bush horse riding with my daughter and and the boys have gone out and I am home alone for the night . 
I can eat what I want . And smoke and drink with out ,she who must be obeyed say . Dear don't you think you have had enough . She not here . 
So with out further a do . -- My dinner -- Pork back bone roasted on the BBQ , some marinated and some plane . What I don't eat the dogs will , well I hope so , can't leave any evidence behind . I'll post a cooked shot later if I can .
