That was just what the recipe calls for. It's supposed to use the center part of the pan to support and stand up the chicken, but mind kind of fell over a little while after starting to cook, and I just let it be. Think standing it up is supposed to help it cook even all around similar to a rotisserie without all the mechanics.

Great looking ribs!!! I might have to give that rub a try someday!!! :chef:
