Just went to check, no signs whatsoever of anything...lets give it some more time...
Maybe it's kind of like Schrodinger's cat http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schrödinger's_cat where you can only theorise if the roots are dead or alive when there in a pot?.......can you tell I'm stoned? Lol
maybe the roots are still alive metabolically speaking, and are still fighting for survival. I'll wait a fair bit more, if nothing happens I'll try again with bone dry trim leaf I still have from my previous harvest

I've been meaning to update, but been particularly busy. I'll post some pics later on today, but essentially, I see no change at all, meaning, I don't see roots getting dissolved into the enzyme bath, at all !!
I think I have to reboot this experiment with bone dry plant matter. Luckily I have 3 jars full of trim leaf... I'll check in later tonight, if anyone has suggestions, do shoot
