right,after having a few shit months trying to deal with my demons,I suffer from severe depression and anxiety.been trying to care for my mum,who has frontal temporal dementia,aswell as terminal cancer,and to top it off...4 weeks ago,my girlfriend of 14 years takes the kids and leaves me.so you can imagine how my depression and anxiety has been...wanted to kill myself on a few occasions!
I’m treating the mental problems I’ve got,starting to feel bit better,but obviously,still got a long way to go.
Anyway...I’ve got 3 girls in the tent,trident special,chemdogging and SODK.the trident is on day 36 now,and her stretch has kicked in nicely,looks like she’s gonna be a big girl again,last trident I grew yielded 8OZ.And so far,this is my favourite Mephisto strain.
The chemdogging and SODK are on day 24 and are coming on nicely,they should start to stretch very soon.

Thanks Roasty man,good of you to look in my friend.im very overwhelmed by stuff at the moment,can’t see the woods for the trees,I’m off work sick at the moment,I got sent home by my boss,had a panic attack at work,never felt anything so horrible,thought my heart was gonna pop out my chest! Just taking small steps at the moment.
Plants should serve me well...great genetics and all that

Thanks man...yeah it’s pretty shit mate,if I could give 1 piece of advise to anyone,if you suffer with depression and anxiety,talk to your partner about it,don’t try and hide it and bottle it all up...coz you won’t win!

Hi mate,thanks for popping in.yeah it’s shite mate,but got a long way to go before I’m completely better.
The girls seem to be doing alright so far,I’m hoping for another big trident girl,man that smoke is gorgeous.been struggling with temps a little,has 35 degrees in there the other day,but it does t seem to have affected them

I've got a bit of idea of what you maybe going through, the misses is a sufferer. We have been dealing with it on and off now for the past 8 years, the medication helps her loads but it's hard to come off it... I wish she would smoke again, I keep telling her there is a strain/phenotype out there for you that will quieten the noise, we just have to find it.

Cheers for the rep dude...it’s a horrible illness depression and anxiety,and the meds they give you are good,but takes about 2-3 weeks to settle into your system...my anxiety went through the roof during those 2-3 weeks.could ya Mrs nottry cbd? That’s supposed to be good...but yeah there’s strains out there that will help loads,it’s just finding it lol.

I keep mentioning the cbd thing (and very good friend with the same swears by it) , she is coming round to the idea. She has had a few small dabs recently, one kinda worked for her. Silenced the back ground chatter as she put it but it was a mix trim bag the hash was made from so couldn't pin point what it was that worked. For the moment we are goin thorugh a good patch.
For me I blamed tobacco, evil weed. Since giving up not felt depressed, paranoid or any major anxiety. A lot of my issue's were rooted in my addition to tobacco, took giving up to find out.
