It's the temps, seedlings like it on the warmer side. Also autos tend to focus on the root zone early on, so there's probably more happening than your seeing.

Thanks @water farm...yeah it’s been a bit of a struggle really,ive killed off 3 strains in the cob tent,grew mutant coz of low temps,Skylar White is good,she’s basking under hps now dude.im germing new seeds as we speak,but I was struggling to get decent temps...until it was too late!

Yeah it was just a little bit too chilly for the seedlings man,they popped the coco with hardly any first leaves...and the seedling that did have first leaves,they were all mutated and twisted,so I called them all.
Your right about the roots,it’s all happening under the coco...shouldn’t be too long till normal service resumes man :smoking:

What’s the “safest” lowest temp one should aim for?

I just threw my mini heater in one of the tents , so thank you for the reminder! My temps were around 61-70 F....

Funny I think my temps might be a little low too. Might turn on an extra light for some extra heat.

I don't let mine go below 18 lower than that your asking for slower growth
20 degrees is a really good target to keep it they will produce better bigger plants for you

Perfect , I should be at 70-72F now. I think that’s 20-21 Celsius

Yeah it’s pretty important dude...you must have had same problems I’ve had recently...I didn’t even think about measuring temps on the other side of my tent...saw that temps were 25-26 degrees,and thought...happy days,until the seedlings came up all mutant lol.

I try keep mine around 80 to 82 f in the vegetative stage
