Update time my fellow stoners.
The hps tent is steaming along now,very happy with trident special and sour orange livers,they've just started their 2nd week of flowering,and I'm very happy with how things are progressing.
Samsquanch OG is starting to stack up the buds now she's gonna be a big girl just like trident.and skylar white has just started crowning,so she won't be too far behind the other girls,the ladies are just starting g to let off faint aromas,trident is smelling very sweet,with a funky twang to her.i think these girls have the makings for some nice chunky colas.

Cob tent is coming along nicely too.grape walker kush has started to crown now.and the other girls won't be far behind her.
Still prefer my hps over cobs...cobs just don't seem to grow plants as big as hps...maybe it's my growing lol?

She was right around 40” from soil. Her frost is thick and heavy. I’m gonna dry weight the trim and buy a set of bubble bags and weigh the results. My guess is she’s gonna return very well. Sugar leaves are so coated topside and bottomside they look like they’re suspended after they drop. Wish I had a press

Plants are cold blooded. Cob doesnt have the infrared hps does to heat the leaf surface, thats why u need to keep cob tent warmer than HPS. 80-85 is about right, how many w/sq foot of cob and hps are you running?

She got quite tall then dude,you should get some lovely hash from her leaves...she’s a proper sparkly girl lol.

Temps in the cob tent range from 25-28,I’m running just 1 600 Watts hps...haven’t got a clue what w/sq foot of cobs I’m running? I’ve got 4 57 watt cobs in a metre square tent.

Managed to grab a cpl of lights out pics in the hps tent,starting to get tight in that tent now

Grape Walker kush is getting a few more leaves with yellow stripes on them,thought it was bleaching from the cob,but @Roasty McToasty thinks it would be more prominent across the canopy,so anyone got any ideas what it could be?

Just been and grabbed a few pics of the ladies.
First up are the hps girls,these are slowly piling on the bud now,well trident and sour orange livers are,samsquansh is starting to stack the buds nicely,and skylar white has just started to flower.
Got some very strong smells coming from these girls,I can certainly smell the alien OG in trident special.

Cob girls are doing ok...grape Walker kush had her first dose of green planets massive yesterday.double grape and white n bubbly are starting to stretch now,Beary White is a squat little bush,I’ll be happy if I get 2-3 oz each from these girls.

The yellow stripe I thought might have been burn from the cobs...it's not getting any worse,so happy days dude

Yeah they’re dimmable dude,but the bloke who built them for me,said I had to undo a cpl of screws to get to the dimmer switch,well me being a lazy fecker...that never happened

Cheers man,but I’m not happy with the size of the buds in hps tent,and I know from previous experience with meph seeds,they fatten up nicely towards the end of the grow.yeah I’m not bothered about the yellow stripes on the leaves,not getting any worse,and doesn’t seem to be bothering the plant.
I’ll be chucking a 5th cob in there soon when they’re all flowering,so should knock temps up a bit...it was 32 degrees in there this morning
So you gonna take the plunge with 315 watt cmh?
