New Grower Long thin stems

I had two others that weren't quite ready. So the light was too high for the small ones. I should have had them raised so they were closer. Lesson learned.
I thought that this problem would be somewhat common but after a lot of research I can't find much on it. Considering I pay $200 a month on electric plus other expenses I'm very curious to know what to expect at the end.
Bingo! Too little light, or the light way too high
