I will have to say that after researching a great deal on many forums you guys have the most respectful and chill crowd. I'm glad to share some knowledge, music and some fuckn dank ganja!
Im squirrelled up in the mountains of Nor Cal and have grown photos outdoors for afew decades. Indoors has been on and off over the time and aside from buddies thrown little Ryder plants in a corner while veg'n the big girls, I have never commited myself to raising a crop of autos.
I believe Cannabis to be the best Medicine and unifier of people on earth. Therefore I farm an all Organic system based on Coots and Modern Methods as to optimize these qualities. I recently made the decision to build myself anew room and decided to try autos for my first run. I'll finish this crop and then decide which strains of autos I like and then I will start my favorite autos with the photos I'll veg afew months before moving outside. Ill be growing from seed for a while as to find some phenos to work with in a near future venture. I've been fortunate enough to have had a medical card for many years and now good old Cal has Legalized It!
I have out fitted my new room with 2 California LightWorks Solar System 550 LEDs with controller. There Fuckn Rad. Got these beauts on a rail light in a roughly 11x6x7 ft room wrapped in panda plastic. I'll be adding 3 sunblaster nano w/uvb reptile lights the last few weeks. The Solar systems are fully programmable so I'm running a standard top shelf program this round and will tweek over the next few years. As for the rest of the room the norm, a hurricane fan, afew little fans an oil heater for lights out (been in the mid twenties outside),dehumidifier, a stereo(my girls love reggae just as much as I do), 6" exhaust and two controllers to keep shit in line. I'm an ecologist by trade and my garden is my Love and provider of my peace, wisdom,enjoyment and medicinal compounds.
I decided to grow a handfull of fast buds seeds for this first go because I have grown or had buddies grow nearly all the photo parents they have bred into there stock. Reading the contacts over there genes made me curious. I love the true GG#4 and smoke it daily as well as could get clones if I want to. I have three mixes of GG and other strains that I will have outdoors this summer.
I'm lucky enough to have a friend that runs a lab so I have access to testing to accompany my experiments. Soon I will test some leave early for potentials. Big pots felt 8 gals and smaller 3's.
And up close my oldest and biggest girl a 19 day old StarDawg and afew of her sisters and the Dawg pulled up her skirt today- showing her hairs!
Plants range from 19,18,17,16is days and a baby NLxBigBud in the seemingly empty pot. Some are Lst from very young others are still free and will be trained very soon.
Over all I have 16 plants including the baby and two runts - one a White Widow and the other the only fastbuds cull a WCOG. Over all I have these and 2 Tangies,2 Glues,2 6-shooters, 2 BlackBerries,2 Blue Mazars(DP),1 healthy WCOG,1 StarDawg, and 1 GSC. Allot of work and allot of fun. And up close my oldest and biggest girl a 19 day old StarDawg and afew of her sisters and the Dawg pulled up her skirt today- showing her hairs!
