I'm in happy frog soil and i am running lotus 3 part nutes. If their feeding calls for 1 1/4 Tsp of grow and their suggested ppm is 900 why is it when i measure ppm after i add 1 1/4 tsp in my container it only comes out to 450. Should i add more grow to get close to the 900ppm and would that not burn my plants.

@Nolaway:welcome: Welcome to AFN:welcome:This is right off their website? Have you calibrated your EC Meter? What is the source of your water?

According to this chart it should be 1200 PPM for 1-1/4 teaspoons of Grow in a gallon of RO water on the Hanna scale?

Someting Wong!

Wait does it work out using Tablespoons?

@Nolaway I am working on some basic nutrient information here that may be of interest to you. If your EC meter is correct and you know you want 900 PPM then just mix the nutrients in until you get to 900. I think that will be too high for autos IMPO.
