Id be interested in seeing any guides or tips people have on LST?

Check Youtube guys, tons of awesome videos on LST.
Some will vary in the way they do things slightly but just go with what you thinks best, after all there your babys

what i do is as it grows i keep tying down the top of the plant and the other branches to the side of my hydro pot thing..

After seeing some videos and treads using different techniques, i gather that the main idea is to tie away each branch as it grows, starting with the main stem, and to keep them level or slightly lower than the rest to ensure light reaches all the nodes and essentialy grow a relativley even canopy of buds without a top heavy main cola blocking light from the rest of the plant, correct me if im wrong?

Low Stress Training two Bubblicious' pre-flower. SmartPots; garden twine; rubber string and velcro strips.

Very simple; tie new growth back as she grows; keep canopy even. I try to keep the height to 1/2 the final height. The Girls will grow 2-3 times this height in flower. An 8 inch LST'd plant will grow to almost 24 inches. There will be 2x to 3x more bid sites. What LSTing does is spread the height to width.

I use a locking slip hitch knot. This makes a loop that can be tightened by slipping the twine tight and the knot holds into the velcro. The rubber string is used in the begining to hold the stems down. As the new growth get bigger you tie slip the hitch over the stem and pull her down. Just keep doing that until you get to the size you want. I start LSTing as soon as the 2nd week and continue right till the 5th or 6th week. Get a good veg on. Pulling down any new growth.

Put her in flower; then as the girls put on some bud weight you'll be able to cut some of the strings. The colas weight will hold them in place. When the colas get real fat and start to bend from the weight. Make a large locking slip hitch and slip the loop or loops around all the colas and lasso them in. Sort of like tying a loose bundle.
