New Grower Lowryder F2 Biobizz feeding?

Bio Bizz fishmix, biogrow & bio bloom are my most used BB products...in non-nuted soil....no nutes at all for 2-3 weeks....keep mine at 1-2 ml/ltr then up to 4-5 after health is assured....BB is molasses based so extra molasses isn't necessary but is ok....
I use small 2 ltr pots and let 'em get dry between waterings/feedings...I feed every watering unless I note a runt....Im lucky enough to be in a wonderful aquafer/well water that never has to be ph'ed....
In my experience with lowryder strains, they like drying out...seems to make'em hardier....
Good luck on ya LRs...you're doing great with ya ENGLISH !

With the nutrients in the soil you probably won't need to feed as much. After the plain water, I'd give them 1 ml of the grow nutrients and see how they like that. Personally, I'm not a fan of feeding any bloom nutrients till week 5. Then 1 or 2 feedings with a combo of grow/veg, then just veg nutrients till it's time to flush. Next grow I would suggest trying to find soil that doesn't contain any nutrients and one that has more perlite in it.

Will make sure to get a soil without nutes and perlite for next grow :)
I also have superthrive and molasses, should i use these?

Watered with plain water, wich i measured to somewhere between 6.3-6.5 today (cheap aquarium test) and measured the runoff to about 6. Does that sound ok?
I was also wondering when i should change my light from 6500k to 2700k? (envirolight 150w cfl)

I've never used Superthrive. What do the recommend? Molasses is good during flowering.

Your run off is a bit low but those test kits aren't real accurate. Nothing to be concerned with at this point but watch that it doesn't go much lower.

Switch your lights when your vertical growth slows and stops, usually during week 5 or 6. Switch to bloom nutes at the same time.

The bottle recomends 1ml per gallon with superthrive, so i'll guess that sounds ok.
I'll be watching the runoff ;)
By the way, can you recomend a cheap ph-meter?
Thanks for all the help Muddy! Will keep you all updated with the grow as i goes along!

Those cheap ones that you see in places like WalMart or Lowes aren't worth the money, not accurate enough. I use a Hanna Combo which you can find for around $100. Just yesterday I saw someone post an eBay listing for a Hanna Pen type for about $40. The Combo has automatic temperature compensation and measures ppm as well, which can be useful in checking your base water and the strength of your nutrient solution.

Only $40! Wow, thats a great deal. thanks for the tips ;)

Here is a couple of pictures of the girls. It's only been 4 days since the last picture but i'm seeing som explosive growth:drool:
Only worry i have is that the absolute lowest couple of leaves, are yellowing a little. Time for bloom nutes?

As we previously discussed, either pH lockout or deficiency. Yellowing from age usually doesn't start till around week 8, well after the plants have gone into flower.

Aha! But what about the yellowing of the lowest leaves?
