Thanks, im using what i can find around my house. Any specific type of string to use?

Yea ..what soil/light and nute are you using?Go over to the into thred so everyone can say HIGH:styles rasta:

(1-125 watt 6k) (2-23watt 5k)
Today was the first day of nutes, "Dyno Gro" and im using miracle grow potting soil.

Your local garden centre will sell suitable ties, mine comes in 8m lengths, is a sort of rubbery product but allows the plant to grow without cutting into the stem... Avoid using normal string, fishing line, wire and cable ties, you want to make sure you cut the cable tie off before it grows too much or you'll struggle to cut it off without damaging the stem... Healthy looking plant tho bro :smokebuds:

For LST, I use elastic bands a bit loose around the stem, then wire the elastics to a screw on the edge of the pot using any kind of cheap wire.
The elastic bands prevent any damage to the stem and are easily removed.

as mentioned before, try some softer material.
I often use pipecleaners.

aaaand try to let the top face down to soil.
effekt will be much stronger if the main cola wont get less light.

cheers, lb
