New Grower LST on autos?

hey guys
i have just started my first auto grow fast bud#2 and green poison. i was wondering if it is possible to top an auto or do any type of LST on them? if possible will it increase yield? i have been told you can do it but you will get less than if you just left it alone

Gently tye it over a little each day and double your yeild. This is a hecules I tyed down.

Do not top an auto. It stunts growth too much. There is a great post on Screen of Green (ScrOG) with auto's by Tavidude, in the Indoor growing forum.

Supercropping is the way to go, but you'd only probably get away with it once before the plants go into flower. I usually do it between week 2-3, just as they are usually showing sex.

if you have no hith restrictions i personaly see only minimal if any benifits from bending autos over, there short grow cycle gives little time to benifit , thats just my in no way am i saying thats how it is.....

In my experence when you tye her over the light gets to all the nodessorry the pic is sideways but you can still how the second node formed this limb.As you can see the bud is as big as the main one. Well you can't see the main one or any of the others as they are tied down the hill.If this is the second node ,think how many others there are. As you can see in the pic of the hercules, all the buds are the same size,huge.I call these terminal buds and I take them first.wait awile for the smaller to fill out then finish. This hercules gave me 128 grams dry bud.

Depends on what you are growing. There's plenty of autos out there that go a lot longer than the 60 days & would have the benefit.
