I broke the screen on my launch box the other day. I sent mflb my warranty info, and two pictures of the box, one of the damage and one of the serial number. Their FAQ says mflb sends out a replacement unit and you send back the broken original in the box. That is the ideal scenario. I'm out of meds too so it doesn't matter too much - alls well that ends well. Anyway I can report back on the warranty process with mflb, so its not a complete loss. So sit back and wait for the customer service review, I guess.
