Main cola and light

So not really a sick plant issue, more of a healthy plant problem...

My grow room has an angled ceiling, height has always been a concern but not really an issue. My concern is one plants main cola is taller than my light. Heat doesnt seem to be an issue, wind from the fan is curling some leaves but whatever.

Will this cola "ripen" properly? Should I just chop it? Do I get silly and put the light at a weird angle? Light cant go up anymore and be level, I thought 62" between buckets and light was enough. I was wrong. I blame @mephisto

supercrop it...bend over gently without snapping it in the direction you want...no reason to destroy a healthy top like that.

many ways going about training it, and it wont slow her down.

pic shows how I deal with some girls that i know are going to be tall, along with supercropping

Thanks for that idea! Havent done that in years and literally forgot about it. I've had luck just softening the stem and bending it almost 180* down. Think I should bend toward light or away?

I would bend it towards the light..basically laying flat under light

I bought hedge trimmers to take care of mine.

I use needle nose pliars that have masking tape on the jaws and I gently squeeze the stalk and bend to the desired position.

So I got the light up a few more inches, out of danger zone for now. Thought they were done stretching, I was wrong. Grown mephisto for years, never had a pile of plant like this. My buckets are 10" tall, I did what I could to put a height reference in there but it's tough getting a 4' stick in the same frame with these gals!
