Went into my grow room last night and LSTed my white cheese baby but I snapped the stock clean in half it looks like the top half of the plant isn't gonna make it but ill be finishing her out anyway cause I have a little extra space in my 12/12 tent and extra nutes I'd like to try out :thumbs:

MM see with the AN nutes is there any other form of silicon going into the plants in veg mate , heres MY thinking, the silicon builds up the cells of the plant and in return stiffens up the plant by strengthening the stems in grow mode then when flowering starts i back of with the silicon after wk2 of flower as i dont want to alter the taste or burn with it

I might be totally wrong here so any input would be great

Honestly I'm not too sure. What you said does make sense to me and for protekt(dyna-grow silicon solution) it says to feed during veg. Rhino skin is derived from potassium silicate though so the K is useful during flowering and I'm sure it shouldn't hurt the taste any. As far as saving my white cheese I tried taping it up but it was hanging by a thread basically so I don't think there's much chance of her recovering especially at this age. But I'll be keeping her around anyway so we will see

Can you cut that top and clone it? You never know it could come back as a nice clone

I've thought about it and ill probably give it a try. I don't have any cloning supplies but maybe I'll just mix up some voodoo juice in water dip it in then throw it in a cup of soil

nice plant man.

I use silica with my plants all the time. I think they grow better and the leaves are stronger. And the trichome development seems better using it.

i try to not use it after halfway through flowering to avoid taste build up, but I think to much Mag is worse.

Thanks man :smokebuds: I haven't been using much of either until now but I plan on cutting them out of the diet for the last 3 weeks :thumbs:
