I enjoy the af plant but I screw up and start grow with good af plant mixed with photo plants from my own seed collection. now it looks like theres another seed producing plant among my good af plant.
my concern is, will the photo plant that has sacks ruin my good af plants?

A photoperiod plant is one that only goes into flower with a change in light exposure duration. Any cannabis plant no matter the cultivar can be male or female.
Could you clarify what seems to be the problem?

yes I want to run 24hr light for auto, but I have to give alittle dark for the photos. my af are female. but I have photos that produce polin sacs, that's what I ment. so if I have another sac polin plant. I was afraid it might ruin my female af. last grow I found and through out a sac plant. im confused. I don't want to harm my af plants.

Ah, that depends on the specific genetics you're using. There are autoflowers that goto sleep after 16-18 hrs and then there are those that seem to run 24/7. But it won't be a problem to grow autoflowers in different light cycles. They just won't grow as much if you give them less light.
